Transaction mails are individual emails which are dispatched fully automated from miscellaneous IT systems in enterprises or organisations, following certain business transactions. Typical examples are:

(1)  Deliverability

XQueue can maximize deliverability to the recipient’s usual inbox by the use of our  Deliverability Competence (Email programming, whitelisting, blacklist monitoring, avoiding greylisting and tarpitting, using IP addresses with a high reputation for dispatch, spamfilter checks before dispatching, Address validation etc.).

(2)  Measurability

Transaction mails will automatically be made measurable, hence all Maileon  Reporting Options will be available. You can call all reporting data using the API.

(4)  Bounce Processing

All undeliverable transaction mails will be processed fully automated and are available in the reporting section as well as via API. Automated follow-up mails (e.g. to all soft bouncers) can be effected using the maileon triggermail functions.

(5)  Replymail Processing

All Reply Mails are automatically detected and classified by an AI (artificial intelligence) algorithm. Depending on the requirements, they can be archived, forwarded to arbitrary target addresses, deleted or re-sent using an autoresponder.
